Since 1806, six generations have succeeded one another at the head of this estate, which has the specificity of collecting old vintages in white and red. The main house has a vaulted part from the 16th century and the cellar, built at the end of the 18th century, has kept its original framework. The excellent AOP Côtes-de-Provence wines are produced in all three colours, notably the top wines of the Clarendon range. Roselyne Gavoty, the owner-winemaker, welcomes, by appointment, groups of oenophiles for thematic tasting sessions.

Low season: open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. High season: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm; Saturday from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Open all year round. Parking. Charming furnished cottage with 10 rooms for 20 people, available all year round, price on request. Domaine Gavoty welcomes oenophilic riders and nature lovers. Initiation and discovery of the different terroirs of Provence and the estate: workshop for 15 to 25 people, led by the winegrower, price on request. Snack offered during tastings. Olive oil and honey from the Var to discover on the spot.
