The know-how of the Vial family has been passed on for five generations. Here, the organic culture is king, which allows to emphasize the natural qualities of a soil of character, where the grapes are vinified with the greatest care. On a 300-hectare estate, the 78-hectare vineyard in AOP Coteaux Varois in Provence produces excellent red wines, the Tradition, Carignan and Batilde Philomène vintages, but also white and rosé wines, as well as an I.G.P. Var, in all three colors.

Les mets sont très bons, mais la quantité est à revoir, notamment pour le menu , le sablé avec légumes racines confits était ridicule dans l'assiette, le poisson totalement dénaturé par un excès de cuisson...
Bref assez déçus samedi soir.
