Covering an area of 15 ha, Domaine Les Mûriers is planted with AOP Côteaux Varois en Provence vines. The first rosé wine was produced in 2021, and since 2022, rosé and white wines have been available. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes are used for the rosé, and Rôlle for the white, 100% single-varietal Rôlle. The domaine's wines are full of character. The rosé has an almost gourmet mouthfeel, while the white is lively and taut. Alexis, who works on the estate, is studying for an oenology certificate at the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse, Vaucluse.
