Adjoining the Hostellerie du Cigalou in the heart of the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, the Café du Progrès is a particularly popular address. Dynamic all year round (with musical evenings on Fridays between October and April), it offers a menu that brilliantly combines tradition, boldness and modernity. Also very appealing are the slate-based formulas with starter, main course and dessert. Tasty dishes, always well presented. Congratulations to Fanny in the kitchen and the team in the dining room for this fine proposition!

Un excellent restaurant que ce soit le le menu ou la carte vous ne serez pas déçu. Fanny en cuisine est au top et son équipe assure un max. Le personnel en salle est professionnel, compétent et très sympathique.
Le café du Progrès à Bormes est un incontournable.
