Specialized in the breeding of truffle dogs to the sale of truffles (and morels), the De Santis family offers a refined local cuisine, based only on organic products from the farm. Chef Morgan Barra, a disciple of Escoffier, concocts with creativity different recipes around the black diamond, a true treasure of the region: brouillade, puff pastry, lasagna or crayfish sabayon with truffles, cep cappuccino and truffle chantilly, and good desserts. A privileged address of the Petit futé!
