Moulin à huit (eight-high mill) on the Canal des Usines has been converted into a living museum of Provence's olive-growing heritage, with workshops and exhibitions
Listed as a national heritage site in the 18th century, this oil mill is one of many that once lined the Canal des Usines. Having fallen into disrepair, it owes its salvation to the energy of local residents and the Moli d'Oli association: in 2023, it was selected by the Bern Mission and the Heritage Lottery to undergo renovation work (millstone, roof). The second phase will follow shortly, to secure the interior and convert it into a living museum of Provencal olive-growing heritage. Workshops and exhibitions are organized there.
