House located on the road to the Gorges du Verdon, offering a playful plunge into the underground atmosphere of the black diamond.

Right in the heart of Aups, the Maison de la Truffe is the ideal place to find out all about this treasure of local Var gastronomy. Inaugurated in 2015 to coincide with the first truffle market that year, you'll find a museum area, documentation and tasting workshops to discover on your own, as a couple or with the family. We particularly recommend the gourmet tour, with its accompanying tastings. The black diamond will no longer hold any secrets.

Sehr schönes Museum mit allen Informationen rund um Trüffel, auf verschiedenen Niveaus angeboten von Infos für Kinder bis hin zu Profi-Spezialwissen. Schriftlich ist alles auf Französisch, aber mit einem deutschen Audioguide wurde der gesamte Inhalt sehr gut erschlossen. Viele historische Fotos, Multimediaangebote etc. Die Ausstellungsfläche scheint zwar klein, aber wenn man sich alles genau anschauen will, braucht man mehr als eine Stunde. Wir wussten schon Einiges über Trüffel, habender jedoch viel dazugelernt. Insgesamt sehr modern und in bestem Zustand.

Op zich wel net museum maar je krijgt echt teveel info voor wat je te ziet. Moeizaam en te lang om te. Olgen op zij. Engels. Als je er meteen doorloopt ben je met 10-15 min klaar, wil je alles luisteren dan ruim 1 uur
