Anthony, who has a wealth of professional experience from brasserie to Michelin-starred restaurants, has opened his own semi-gastronomic restaurant serving around twenty diners. He makes everything himself, using seasonal produce and products from other parts of the world to create original recipes. Leek and smoked salmon fondant, butternut and mushroom velouté, crispy sweetbreads with chestnut cream, sea bass and scampi duo, chocolate-coconut mango finger. Crus from emblematic vineyards. Très bonne expérience au Petit Gourmand. De l'apéro, en passant par la mise en bouche, l'entrée, le plat, le fromage et le dessert, tout est excellent.

Le serveur est très agréable et serviable, et nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir échanger un peu avec le chef en fin de service.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ici.
