Anthony, who has a wealth of professional experience from brasserie to Michelin-starred restaurants, has opened his own semi-gastronomic restaurant serving around twenty diners. He makes everything himself, using seasonal produce and products from other parts of the world to create original recipes. Leek and smoked salmon fondant, butternut and mushroom velouté, crispy sweetbreads with chestnut cream, sea bass and scampi duo, chocolate-coconut mango finger. Crus from emblematic vineyards.
