Aucune sécurité, et la douche était cassée. On m’a même appris que des personnes sans domicile fixe étaient hébergées dans l’hôtel, ce qui n’était évidemment pas précisé dans l’annonce.
J’ai préféré partir immédiatement pour ma sécurité et ma santé, mais l’établissement a refusé de me rembourser, prétextant un « surclassement », alors que le problème était général et structurel.
J’ai dû me battre pendant plus de deux semaines, contacter le groupement et Airbnb, pour enfin obtenir le remboursement de mes 8 nuits — que je n’ai même pas passées dans cet endroit ! Heureusement, le groupement et Airbnb ont été compréhensifs.
Ce logement est indigne d’être proposé à la location. Il devrait être immédiatement retiré de la plateforme.

Lieu à fuir !!!! Les chambres sont insalubres et ça sent très mauvais dans les couloirs. J’ai retrouvé des punaises sur le lit, sous les matelas, les draps n’avaient pas été changés mais juste refait (des poils et miettes dans le lit). Je n’ai pas dormi dans la chambre j’ai du prendre un autre hôtel.
Impossible de les avoir au téléphone pour se faire rembourser. Cet établissement ne devrait pas être ouvert.
