Nestled in a wild valley but close to the center of Salon, this olive growing estate has 1700 trees. Cultivated in the respect of the environment, the olives are picked by hand and transformed the same day in the mill in order to preserve all the freshness and the aromas. You will find single variety extra virgin olive oils: Salonenque, Bouteillan, Grossane, Aglandau as well as the AOP Provence blend. This quality work has been rewarded: 25 medals won since 2005 in regional, national and international competitions.
