Mussels and tasty dishes, good value for money, in a restaurant with terrace in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer.
The Escaluna (the new name of the Stopover) is the place to ask when you want to recover with a family for a reasonable budget. A nice terrace that opens and closes according to season, a warm and pleasant decoration. Our preference goes to the formula of the day to good value for money. That day, a duo of dazade filets and rolls accompanied by Camargue rice and vegetables followed by a fruit gratin. But you can also choose the specialty of the house: mussels, mussels or gratins. The service is effective, which falls well because the beach call is very fast! If you are less pressured, the menu declines all local specialties: tellins, soup of fish, shrimp shrimp, bull keeper, bull steak…

J’ai pris des moules marinières, eh bien j’espère juste pas tomber malade!
Moule trop cuite, coquille non lavée, moule qui se perd dans les coquilles tellement elle sont petites. La sauce ? De l’eau ah oui c’est de l’eau aucun goût.
Et en parlons d’eau, l’eau qui nous a été servie avais le goût de terre.
Au final je n’ai ni manger ni bu.
De plus les prix sont exorbitants pour ce que c’est, 9€ le dessert du jamais vu.
À éviter si vous avez pas envie de gaspiller de l’argent!
