A festival of "sustainable culture", this event is dedicated to traditional folk music and dance. Performances take place in the citadel of Les Baux-de-Provence, the village of Orgon's arena, chapels, castles, gardens and squares.

Every year, the Collegiale Saint-Martin hosts Festival Organa around its large organ. Consisting of weekly auditions, this festival hosts the best organists in the world for exceptional concerts. The organ of the collegiate church was installed in 1842. It is considered a contemporary masterpiece: it includes 62 games (about 5,000 pipes) spreading over three keyboards and a pedal piano.
