The Sous les figues hotel is undoubtedly a charming establishment. It's a beautiful, intimate place, with 14 rooms decorated with refinement. Almost all have private terraces overlooking a garden planted with fig trees. It's easy to understand the name. You'll be seduced as much by the warm, friendly welcome as by the patinas, Provencal boutis and antique furniture. And, of course, the rooms are air-conditioned, great for those hot summer nights.

This is a stunning property under the fig trees. The grounds are truly beautiful. Breakfast was perfect and we loved the pool. The staff are warm and welcoming. We had space but also a sense of privacy from other guests. We will stay here again!

Awesome Hotel with pool, 1 block from the town with plenty of food & shopping options. The grounds of the hotel with the landscape and fig trees where beautiful.

This is an ideal place to stay in Provence. It has a wonderful location just steps from the central part of Saint-Remy. The rooms are large and comfortable with a large porch under the lovely smelling fig trees. Good air conditioning. The breakfast was lovely with coffee made to order by the cheerful and friendly staff and to be enjoyed alongside William, the friendly orange cat. By the end of our trip I had no regrets about staying in Saint Remy. There was no other city or town I would have preferred to stay in. The surrounding area and Les Alpilles were beautiful and Saint-Remy is small enough to be pleasant to walk and large enough to have a choice of restaurants and shops.

We had asked for a shower and that request was accommodated. I couldn’t find any photos when I booked so I am including now. It was quite comfortable. Hot and good water pressure.
