Bistro offering local products and quality organic wines in Saint-Rémy.

A Provencal bistro that offers local products, that's already good but if the food is enticing and prepared with originality by the chef, that’s even better! This is the case of this nice establishment which offers, in addition, organic quality wines. On that day, we tested, as dish of the day, a roasted savoury with zucchini and flowers stuffed with sardines and crab juice. A real treat which brought back childhood’s memories. And if you prefer something else, do not worry, the menu is well garnished; there are no less than 24 starters, meals and desserts. What do we need to say more than… Enjoy your meal!

Fin et goutu, bonne ambiance et beau décors.
Formule pour les enfants : ils commendent a la carte et payent moitié prix, je trouve ça super. Et le pain est très bon!

Il est un de ces restaurants qui conjuguent l’intelligence et la simplicité, la créativité et l’honnêteté, la générosité et la pudeur, le talent et l’humilité.
Une adresse (malheureusement) tellement rare qu’il est tentant de mettre un horrible avis pour faire fuir les passants et ainsi être toujours sûr d’y avoir une table…
