Bistro offering local products and quality organic wines in Saint-Rémy.

A Provencal bistro that offers local products, that's already good but if the food is enticing and prepared with originality by the chef, that’s even better! This is the case of this nice establishment which offers, in addition, organic quality wines. On that day, we tested, as dish of the day, a roasted savoury with zucchini and flowers stuffed with sardines and crab juice. A real treat which brought back childhood’s memories. And if you prefer something else, do not worry, the menu is well garnished; there are no less than 24 starters, meals and desserts. What do we need to say more than… Enjoy your meal!

Une expérience plus que magique ! Plusieurs mois déjà que je souhaitais tenter l’expérience « chapeau de paille » à Saint-rémy de Provence. C’est enfin fait et c’est un 20/20. Du service à l’ambiance et au contenu de nos assiettes. Ce fut un véritable plaisir du début jusqu’à la fin, des produits de qualité, une générosité dans les plats, et un goût… ! Nous sommes conquis et nous pensons déjà à notre prochaine visite. Expérience culinaire à ne pas manquer à Saint-rémy de Provence mille mercis Emilie et Julien pour ce moment suspendu dans le temps.

Arrivées tard pour le déjeuner et ayant peu de temps, la patronne des lieux nous a servi rapidement. Accueil chaleureux. Mon assiette Anchoïade un pur régal. Le clafoutis aux mirabelles, un délice.
Tous les produits sont frais, et proviennent des environs.
