Within three years of existence, Le Marilyn has succeeded in getting faithful guests who are charmed by the freshness of the products. Indeed, this restaurant with dark walls offers a cuisine that is colourful, simple and of good taste is nicely presented. The chef prepares meals that are classic but presented with a special care. Futé enjoyed a goat terrine of Saint-Rémy with tapenade and tomato coulis and a cod back with asparaguses saffron milk fat. As for the homemade desserts (samosas with pineapple and chocolate hazelnut, local strawberry charlotte, crème brûlée with verbena), they mark a pleasant end to the meal. Very close to the collegiate church Saint-Martin, it is a nice restaurant in Saint-Rémy.
