This luxury hotel has an excellent restaurant. Its cuisine is authentic and tasty, with an emphasis on the products of the sun. Simple but refined culinary suggestions such as this salad of gambas à la provençale, this fillet of turbot with purple artichokes and risotto with cebette. We loved our stay at Le Chateau des Alpilles. Only a 15 minute walk into the center of St. Remy. Definitely reserve a meal at the restaurant. The food was great and the setting is calm and serene.

Estuve en Abril. Exquisito Chateau en un bello predio. La habitaciones impecablemente decoradas, confortables, silenciosas y con mucho espacio. El baño divino.
Mi critica es el desayuno. Es a la carta o por una tarifa fija el desayuno es “completo”. No me gustó, las porciones son pequeñas, las bebidas son muy chiquitas. Tenes que pedir para q te traigan.
