The domaine de Suriane is a corner of paradise nestled between the hills of garrigue and the fertile plains bordering the Étang pond. He has been a member of the Merlin family for almost a century. Today it is Marie Laure, the founder of the founder, who exploits 38 hectares of vines and 1 200 olive trees. With their fruits, it produces the PDO Aix-en-Provence oil in green fruit and a virgin olive oil taste at the old end of an assembly of aglandau, salonenque and grossane. The latter is pressed in a traditional mill: the olives are crushed with stone and the dough pressed through scourtins.
