La Petite Aixoise is a 100% natural, additive-free craft beer brewery using traditional methods. From classic blondes, whites and ambers to more specific IPAs and browns. Our 5 young Aix-based brewers occasionally produce short-lived beers, such as this red-fruit-based estivale: raspberry puree with a touch of cherry and blackcurrant, added to the fermentation process, gives a particularly smooth flavor while being less sweet. The young team's desire to stay local has led them to seek out rare French hops, and why not Saint-Cannat barley soon! Futé: taffy rental, bar area, events.
