His cuisine is inventive, the menu evolving with the seasons. The dining room opens onto a garden with aromatic plants and wooden huts where some pretty laying hens frolic. Nicolas has also set up a delicatessen corner where you can find pretty jars cooked on the spot, velvets, fruits in syrup... enough to treat yourself at home or as a gift.

L'ambiance du restaurant fait plutôt penser à une salle de cantine. Menu à 50€: l'entrée betterave rouge un peu trop salée. Le maigre de méditérranée délicieux. Surprise l'eau plate facturé 7€ 0.75l soit 9335 € le m3; pour mémoire un m3 vaux environ...3,80€.
