The brasserie dishes are simple and well cooked: butternut cream, snail meat with parsley; fish papillote, vegetable julienne and "black and white" rice; beef sirloin steak, thyme juice; sea bass steak, almond butter, grilled jacket new potatoes; cheesecake with orange and gingerbread; pear cocoa tiramisu... without forgetting the house speciality: foie gras, to be enjoyed around a bottle offered.
