In 2017, the Le Dorze family bought this 10-hectare estate with its 18th-century bastide. Victoire, the daughter, manages the vineyard; her father, Christian, created the Bonisson Art Center, a contemporary art center with a cutting-edge program. Victoire has opted for organic farming, with manual harvesting and horse-drawn ploughing of the rows. You'll be able to taste AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wines, with special mention for Cuvée B and Abstraction, wines that are atypical for the region. You can extend your stay in a spacious gîte.

100% organic. Low season: open Tuesday to Sunday, 1:30pm to 6:30pm. High season: Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 7pm. By appointment only. Gîte for 4 people.
Owner's Message
In the middle of the vineyards of Aix-en-Provence, stands Château Bonisson, a beautiful 18th century building that has managed to preserve its identity. From its terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire 10-hectare vineyard. The owners of the estate rely on a thorough knowledge of the soil combined with organic viticulture and perfect grape varieties to produce high quality organic Provence wines. During your visit, you can walk through the vineyards, visit the wine cellars and finally taste the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wines. You will also have the opportunity to buy organic honey and olive oil.

Le seul qui vaut le détour c'est le rosé Cuvée B, mais à 16.50 € trop cher
J’ai eu l’occasion de découvrir ce domaine, qui travaille dans le respect de la vigne. L’accueil y est chaleureux, l’équipe est aux petits soins.
Je vous recommande également la visite du centre d’art, des collections qui se renouvellent régulièrement.
