Very popular in the region, this restaurant in the Upper Arc Valley is worth a visit. Many gourmets were won over by the cuisine, as well as by the warm welcome of the owners of the premises, with Michael Bourges the chief of cuisine, Jéremie in the kitchen and Angelique Blanchaud in the dining room as a shock team. The menus invite you to enjoy all kinds of delicacies. They change regularly, and guarantee local products and especially seasonal products. To make your mouth water: truffle brie & clarified toast, tempura prawns & homemade rust, fried scallops and asparagus, and finally a strawberry & yuzu cheesecake. Moreover, every other Thursday from June 22nd, it is a musical evening.

Being a strict vegetarian I was presented with several options.
The ravioli was very good, well prepared and presented with a smile.
If I am in the area I would definitely go again.
