Since 1920, the Jean Martin family business has been creating delicious Provençal ready-made meals combining seasonal vegetables and local olives, following traditional recipes. Nestled in the heart of the pretty village of Maussane-les-Alpilles, the Jean Martin boutique welcomes you to the historic site of the company's very first olive confectionery. Low season: open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. High season: Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 7pm. Open all year round. Cooking workshops: 35 €.
