The large spaces highlight a mineral universe, with monastic accents, as its name indicates, and from this ensemble emerges a great serenity. All the services of a luxury hotel like this one are offered: a spa where excellent professionals officiate, very comfortable bedding, a beautiful swimming pool, a friendly and helpful staff. A break out of time!

We tried to report this to the front desk, but the two older supervisors (an older man and woman) refused to help or offer a room change. Their attitude was rude and dismissive. The only decent staff member was a younger man who tried to assist us, but clearly had no authority.
This place should not be operating. Absolutely avoid it.
The older managers at the front desk were completely unhelpful and refused to let us change rooms. One younger staff member with an Asian appearance was polite and tried to comfort us, but overall, the hotel was a disaster.
