A tasty and fresh cuisine in an address with terrace in Maussane-les-Alpilles.

Chef Joan's cuisine is tasty, refined and generous. Welcomed by Vincent, we chose the snacked scallops, squash and hazelnut velouté, then the roasted saddle of lamb, garlic cream, mashed potatoes, lamb jus and finally the vanilla/raspberry chou craquelin with raspberry sorbet; it was a great gourmet moment! The products are fresh, the cooking mastered and the flavors exalted. A chic address to discover, whether in winter by the fireside in a very elegant setting, or in summer on the terrace.

un cadre très agréable en terrasse dans le village de maussane. Cuisine très fine et de qualité. menu du jour 32 euros par personne. Une bonne adresse pour les gourmets. Les gros mangeurs peuvent cependant rester sur leur faim !
