The club prepares your blond heads to the competition, and introduces the adults to the joys of sea kayaking, in one of the most beautiful Mediterranean rades, in the coves especially between Marseille and Cassis, under the guidance of Gilbert, the jovial instructor. Silent and ecological, sea kayaking offers another way of approaching the coastline. Caves, coves and small beaches, inaccessible by the usual trails, will have no secrets for you. It offers sensations of fullness but still remains a very physical sport. Club registrants may wish to participate in slalom or downhill competitions. Since 2009, a new activity open to all is proposed. This is the Va'a or Polynesian canoe. Try and adopt!
