Recently renovated hotel near the sea offering excellent value for money.

Just a stone's throw from the sea, this hotel, which was completely renovated a few years ago, has 19 rooms with colourful decorative atmospheres, including eight rooms with a sea view. The advantage of this address, it is the family side of the management, in a lively district, bordered of bars and restaurants. Now served by a maritime shuttle during the summer period which reaches the Old Port in half an hour, the small marina of the Pointe Rouge offers the possibility of nautical and leisure activities. The beach of course, but also the road to the calanques which starts nearby. Excellent value for money and adjoining restaurant, with a nice shady garden.

Our hotel Le Mistral, a charming 2-star hotel in the 8th district of Marseille, is ideally located, less than 100 metres from the Pointe Rouge beach and next to the restaurant Le P'tit jardin . This warm and friendly establishment welcomes all year round business travellers, couples and families passing through Marseille for one or more nights. For parking, there are many free parking spaces around the establishment. Decorated soberly with warm colours, the rooms and common areas are harmonious and well cared for. Tres bien ? Accueil très chaleureux, petit déjeuner à 10 € très bien (fruits, yaourts, fromages, viennoiseries, confitures, miel, pâte à tartiner, céréales... et merci pour avoir répondu favorablement à ma demande de pain sans gluten ! ). Les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Petit réglage de wifi à améliorer.

Bilan très mitigé de mon séjour en août

Positif:
-super prix
-à côté des plages et des scooters pour explorer la côte
- dépanneur au coin de la rue
- personnel sympathique
- chambre moderne et confortable

Les inconvénients:
- le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné pour moi
-difficile de trouver un parking dans la rue dans ce quartier animé
- le bruit de la rue était extrêmement fort

5 étoiles pour le personnel très accueillant, la dame qui nous a accueilli et qui a tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour avec un bébé. Ils étaient tous aimables et au petit soin. Merci encore, on reviendra chez vous avec plaisir
