Marseille's culinary scene is sure to be thrilled with the 2023 birth of this brand-new bistronomic establishment in an enchanting setting on the Route des Goudes. For a long time, these walls remained an abandoned ex-restaurant about which all passers-by asked questions and expressed regrets in view of the enchanting setting. The high-profile team at La Cabane des Amis on the Prado beaches took matters into their own hands, installing chef Éric Rabazzani at the helm for top-flight Mediterranean cuisine and sublime dishes. The chef's Aïoli marseillais, perfect egg at 64°C, poutargue cream, herring caviar and conchigliettes with cuttlefish ink and poutargue. Sunny, local, a matter of course.
