BRASSERIE EMILE 1933
Restaurant close to the Prado traffic circle, offering a traditional bistro cuisine
A brand new address opened just a step away from the Prado traffic circle. An elegant brasserie with a sumptuous decor, typical of a brasserie as one can imagine it. A restaurant and a pub next door, opened by three partners, and named in honor of the grandfather of one of them. In the kitchen, the chef Hervé Fodera sublimates a traditional bistro cuisine, such as boiled egg and its mouillettes or frogs' legs with parsley as a starter, pureed sausage or sole meunière as a main course, before finishing with magnificent pastries of a total finesse signed by Léa Bizalion, who has passed through some of the greatest tables. The only drawback is the service, which is a bit messy and very long.
