Café Borély is a splendid room and two charming terraces in the heart of the private courtyards of Parc Borély and its Castle. Fountain, olive trees and sculptures offer additional delight. At your choice this midday, savoury proposals with slate: a veggie plate, a shrimp bowl, an Italian focaccia, a beef carpaccio and a rib steak. As for desserts, try the dessert of the day (fresh strawberries, seed crumble, basil coulis), gourmet coffee, homemade pastries (chocolate mousse, vacherin...) or Tarentina ice cream from Marseille. Healthy, good, beautiful and an incomparable setting. An address that is still and always clever.

La visite vaut pour le lieu déjà, délicieux écrin aux contreforts du parc Borely, on s’y sent bien, loin du tumulte de la ville. La pierre chaleureuse, les pins protecteurs, le mobilier joli, on se sent tout de suite bien arrivés dans cette courette. Le service était sympathique ce jour là et authentiquement kids friendly. L assiette ravira les végétariens comme les autres, grâce à du « fait maison » frais comme on aime, aux saveurs voyageuses. Fort agréable parenthèse dominicale familiale avant de renfourcher les vélos et autres draisiennes.

L accueil du patron est moyen ... le brunch cher pour ce qu'on nous sert . Un croissant brûlé, un yaourt au sirop d érable moyen . L assiette salée très bonne par contre. Un peu de charcuterie de qualité moyenne ainsi que 2 tranches de pain
