A small place offering delicious pizzas cooked in a traditional oven in Marseille.

You probably know l'Authentique for its burgers and sandwiches. Right next door at the Pointe Rouge, a small adjoining place offering delicious pizzas baked in a traditional oven made in Italy. It's the smell that attracted us. We then fell in love with a "simple" Mozzarella. "Simple" is still a must and here it is more than successful. The dough is risen for 48 hours and you can feel it, the Fior di Latte mozzarella added after baking. Tasteful and savoury. Nice choice of tomato or cream based pizzas, Marseille obliges. Beautiful topping, burrata, figatelli, bush and honey goat cheese. Deliveries possible. A nice address for pizza lovers.
