In his restaurant Michel Par Am in Marseille, the three-starred chef showcases his uncompromising cuisine and tasty dishes.

A few meters from his prestigious restaurant, the three-starred chef has permanently installed his food-truck, launched in 2020 during the successive confinements and closures of the restaurants. What was supposed to be temporary has finally become permanent and we rub our hands to be able to access so easily to the uncompromising cuisine of the chef from Marseille. Gastronomic street food, with the know-how of Alexandre Mazzia's kitchens, placing taste at the center of what you are about to taste, as well as the sourcing of products.

Merece la probarlo, la verdad. Muy rico todo, con los sabores bien pronunciados y originales, aunque para nuestro gusto, las raciones son pequeñas. Comimos el hot dog y el kebab con patatas ;)
