Gaby Villa is one of the exceptional buildings in the Corniche Kennedy, including Villa Valmer or Berger Castle. She owes her name to the Music Hall Gaby Deslys artist who acquired it in the 1920 s, before giving her to the city of Marseilles to make it a hospital. After being left behind for 20 years and then taken by the German staff in 1940, she will serve as the accommodation center for the Jews of France who wish to join the new state of Israel. Today, this elegant nineteenth century building has become the International Center for Scientific Development also known as Villa Gaby Academy. In the heart of a 3 hectare park, meeting and reception rooms allow for the organization of events and seminars in an exceptional setting.
