Things are hotting up around La Bonne Mère. In the Vauban district, which is seeing many new faces create restaurants and cafés, Muso opened in the summer of 2025 without making any waves, but with a definite expectation around the announced concept. It's an Italian-style neighborhood bar where you can come for a coffee, or rather, a "caffè", drink a Spritz or a Poretti beer in the early evening, and accompany it all with Italian nibbles, based around quality charcuterie. Ham, mortadella, pancetta, it's resolutely gourmet. The wine list is up to the task.
