Claude Krajner has been delighting us with his many gourmet creations for several years now. Just over ten years ago, he was ranked among the 50 best chocolatiers in France by Gault & Millau. Passionate about his craft, he has developed a range of ganaches and pralines, some forty permanent varieties, combining great cocoa vintages and different flavors. Throughout the year, the company offers new products and new combinations, such as the lingot d'or (praline with peanut chips and salted butter caramel).
