Hôtel très agréable, les chambres sont petites mais il y a tout. Les savons sont super et le personnel extrêmement bienveillant et serviable. L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Marseille pas loin du vieux port.

We stayed in building 41vroom 431 MILO. This Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is spacious with couch, table and stools and very comfortable bed. Location was very quiet and beautiful high ceilings. In Australia we would likely say this was a shabby chic look with its mix of furniture and art. We asked about where was good to eat and we were invited to eat at the hotel restaurant. Now at this point we were thinking no way are falling for that trap! Wrong. We came back tired and liked the private courtyard away from the traffic and noise and therefore decided we'd give it a go. OH MY GOSH so beautiful. The food was absolutely outstanding. Best dinner in France for sure and we came from Paris and had some beautiful dinners there. Thank you for such an amazing experience and stay in Marseille. Everything felt grand and our private air vinditioned space was a retreat from the busy streets. A few small suggestions 1. Better hair-dryers as those fixed ones aren't great, option to get soap and shampoo conditioner would be helpful.

Las fotos no tienen NADA que ver con el lugar en realidad. Nos fuimos al otro día a otro hotel y prometieron hacernos un devolución y hasta ahora nada. Ha una cuadra encontramos un hotel hermoso y que no mentía con las fotos

Do not stay in this hostal , fake fotos , tourist trap , my room had blood on the wall , dog paw marks all over over the sheets and bathroom dirty! The manager is a liar , she promised a refund and didn’t not give on at the end. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Maison Montgrand. I was traveling with my pregnant wife and 3 other couples, one of whom was also pregnant. When we arrived, we were shocked to see that the rooms were very dirty. The sheets were stained, the place was very dirty in general, and there were bloodstains all over the place. We complained to the front desk, but they were unable to clean the rooms or move us to another room, except for one couple that did get a new room.

The next day, we all decided to check out of Maison Montgrand and move to Hotel C2, which was a few blocks away. Hotel C2 was much cleaner and more luxurious than Maison Montgrand, and it was the same price. We were very happy with our decision to switch hotels.

In addition to the cleanliness issues, we were also disappointed with the fact that the pictures on Maison Montgrand's website did not accurately represent the hotel. The pictures made the hotel look much nicer than it actually was. We felt that we had been misled by the pictures as the place is more like a hostel than a hotel.

We also had a problem with the manager of Maison Montgrand that promised to reimburse us for the two dirty rooms, but she never did. We called her several times, but it was impossible to talk as she is in an endless meeting. We believe that this is very unprofessional behavior for a hotel manager.

Overall, we had a very negative experience at Maison Montgrand. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
She will try to put excuses in the reply of my review but what I wrote is the pure truth.

Nous avons passés un séjour de 6 nuits dans l’établissement Hôtel Maison Montgrand.
L’établissement a plusieurs immeubles dans la même rue.
Il est très bien situé proche du port, et du centre-ville de cette magnifique ville de Marseille.
Le personnel est très sympathique de l’accueil jusqu’à notre départ.
Nous avons également pris un repas à l’hôtel et nous avons été ravis du menu proposé pour 42€ par personne.
Une entrée, un plat et un dessert. Seul déception concernant le dessert de mon épouse mais le responsable du restaurant ayant su que le dessert ne lui avait pas donné satisfaction, lui a proposé d’en prendre un autre. (Nous avons vraiment apprécié)
Le jardin extérieur est vraiment superbe et agréable.
La chambre et propre mais un peu petite. Toutefois rien à dire compte tenu du prix de séjour et de la catégorie de l’hôtel (3*).
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci à toutes les équipes.

Chambre très petite et austère. Odeur d égout. Salle de bain sale. La réception a acceptée de nous changer de chambre apres nos plaintes sur l'odeur. Visiblement ils connaissaient le problème car il ne semblait pas du tout surpris. Pourquoi les proposer alors qu il y avait d autre chambre de disponible ????

Room is very clean and Service is excellent. The reception ladies are very nice. They help us hold a package until FedEx comes pick it up. We are really appreciate their service.

Hôtel qui refuse la réservation des entreprises pour leurs employés malgré l'envoi de tous les documents nécessaires (pièces d'identité carte de crédit) en plus des ça désagréable au téléphone et sans donner une explication valable ou convaincante pour le refus de reservation en dix années d'activité partout en France je n'ai jamais vue ça
Apprenez les bonnes manières à vos employés et surtout ne pas raccrocher au nez des clients

Etablissement très charmant, restaurant délicieux, une mention spéciale pour les cocktails. Toute l'équipe de réception est incroyable et professionnelle, Chems , Emma, Luana et Veronique ont embelli notre séjour . Un grand merci à Lucie pour ses conseils touristiques. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Très bien situé, chambre climatisée avec une literie au top. Restaurant excellent.
Petit bémol, j'aurais apprécier un petit déjeuner avec un peu plus de "salé" (œufs brouillé, petit saucisse....).

Par contre, attention sur les renseignements donner sur les parking car elle ne sont vraiment pas clair (pour info : réduction UNIQUEMENT sur les Qparck !!).

Mauvaise expérience malgré que nous ayons été surclassé. Point positif : le personnel. Très agréable, les 2 étoiles sont pour eux. La chambre 'studio' était très sale, l'hôtel est très mal entretenu (tâches étranges sur les murs, poussière dans les placards, plinthes arrachées). Nous l'avons signalé en partant. On devait nous rappeler, personne ne nous a rappelé, d'où ce commentaire.
Literie correct. Emplacement très bon.

Run! If you got a room number 110. we wanted a quiet room,but the staff gave us a room near the outdoor air conditioner unit which continuously makes noise. She told us that all rooms were full when we asked to change the room. She lied, because I found I still could book a room online for that day. Then she helped me to change another room. I don't understand why the reception staff don't want to help their guests to have a nice staying.
