We enjoyed our stay at Hotel C2. Our room was spacious and provided all necessary comforts . Even thou the room was on the fourth floor the street noise was really loud , but thanks to AC and closed windows we were able to sleep . One star minus is for the nearly non existing wifi . We always try to work a bit on our trips but that was not possible . We would stay here again but ask for a quieter side of the hotel .

Ptit séjour très agréable auprès de ce merveilleux établissement où le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme hors-pair. Les plats sont très bons et le petit déjeuner très varié et exquis. Je recommande.

Hôtel très beau superbement décoré, petit déjeuner incroyable mais un peu déçu que le spa était hors service quand nous y sommes allés (au printemps). On a seulement pu profiter du petit bassin. C’est un peu dommage dans un 5*… surtout quand on vient pour ça. Notre chambre donnait sur un rue où il y avait des travaux donc pas du tout reposant le matin.

We stayed here for one night while traveling through France. The hotel definitely put a lot of attention into the lobby area. Definitely draws you in. However, not so much was put into the room itself. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. Below are some pros & cons.

Pros:
1) Location. Close to port, major shops, & restaurants
2) Large room with tall ceiling
3) Public parking available across from hotel (although it gets really full)
4) Quiet room

Cons:
1) Rooms are not 5 star quality - there were stains on carpet, calcified shower head, no conditioner, not the usual 5 star body/hair care brands/products
2) bed was two full pushed together. Not comfortable when you have two young children in bed with you and the beds split apart.
3) Uncomfortable pillows and not best quality bedding sheets. Not quality of a 5 star hotel.
4) No minibar or snacks in room

Good sized rooms with very comfortable beds. The spa area is also very nice. It is also located a short walk from the port and central to a lot of small restaurants and lunch spots. Would stay here again. The only downside is the wifi does not work very well in the rooms.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Service was great and the rooms are large, beds comfortable and properly air conditioned. I would highly recommend.

Belle découverte aujourd’hui du spa. Madame Nadine est très gentille, très professionnelle et nous offre un merveilleux moment de détente.
Le spa est propre, la cabine hamam est top, il y a des boissons en libre service. Je recommanderai ce spa.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Marseille. Staff were warm and welcoming. The room was huge and modern. The spa was wonderful to relax in. Breakfast in the morning was vast with lots of options. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is perfectly situated, being only a 5 minute walk from Vieux Port. It is a quiet oasis with a wonderful Spa/pool area and large, modern and well equipped rooms. The staff are what makes this hotel special. Mathieu and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet boutique hotel close to the town.

Più che un hotel di lusso mi è sembrato un buon adattamento di un b&b degli anni ‘80. Stanze più disadorne che minimali, con soluzioni scomode. Il frigobar contiene solo acqua (e le cinque stelle?), l’ingresso sul cortile interno è una brutta presentazione. L’abbiamo scelto perché ha un’isoletta a disposizione ma non ho visto nel sito la necessità di prenotare, così addio isola… Misere le amenities del bagno: solo shower gel e shampoo, insufficiente per le solite cinque stelle. Personale gentile, colazione varia. Posizione ottima sopra il porto vecchio. Conto da cinque stelle. Ma il lusso è un’altra cosa

Nous sommes venus dans l’hôtel pour une nuit, c’est un très bel hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique et chaleureux. L’emplacement est très intimiste et à quelques minutes à pied du vieux port. Néanmoins, je reste quelque peu déçue par les services proposés. En effet, comme dit précédemment, le hammam et le jacuzzi sont indisponibles ( et nous constatons actuellement que ça fait un bon moment !) et nous n’en avions pas été informé sachant que nous avions réservé spécifiquement pour ça.
(Nous avons été informé qu’une fois sur place et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait malgré le prix de la chambre ! ). Le soir même nous sommes allés au bar pour prendre des cocktails ( très bon par ailleurs ) mais nous avons attendu une trentaine de minutes pour deux verres ( le personnel s’est excusé mais tout de même encore une fois au vu du prix on s’attends a mieux ). La piscine est plutôt petite, si on est plusieurs on est très serré. Nous avons connu mieux en terme de services proposés/prix. Dommage c’est à améliorer pour que ça soit parfait !

J y suis allée pour assister à un concert de guitare et ensuite je suis allée pour passer un agréable moment avec ma nièce et consommer une boisson un après-midi. Très bel endroit, musique lounge, très bien placé et très belle qualité d'accueil à relever par l'ensemble du personnel
