Restaurant offering a creative cuisine, with traditional flavors revisited in a modern bistro style by a talented chef
At the end of 2022, Lacaille, a table we have enjoyed for several years, changed hands. A redesigned interior, a reinvented menu and a new chef, Nicolas, who has worked at several starred restaurants. On the menu, a seasonal cuisine, gastronomic but revisited in an elaborate and gourmet bistro style. Ceviche specialties, homemade tuna tartar and a vegetarian proposal in a unique menu. What we particularly like here is the care taken to ensure that everything is homemade, from the ice cream to the chou pastry, including the custard. Brilliant!
