If for some reason you find yourself in the Préfecture area at mealtime, we strongly recommend you to take a seat at Bertoni's, a discreet and bistronomic address in the rue Sylvabelle. Behind the elegant facade, there is a room just as well cared for and a refined cuisine that changes according to the chef's moods. The lunch menu is presented on a slate. This lunchtime for example, a veal carpaccio, tagliatelle with mussels in aïoli sauce or a very tempting sirloin tagliatta. Everything is homemade, of course, including the appetizing desserts of the day: cherry clafoutis to die for, rice pudding or a surprisingly refreshing fruit soup.
