J'ai testé une pizza sans gluten étant intolérante.
La pizza était excellente, la pâte fine, cuite au feu de bois, bien garnie et goûteuse avec des produits frais et de qualité.
Le serveur a pris la précaution de demander s'il s'agissait d'une intolérance ou d'une maladie coeliaque pour adapter la cuisson et éviter les contaminations en fonction du type de problème.
Toute la carte est declinable en version sans gluten, c'est tellement appréciable.
Marie a été très accueillante et chaleureuse et le serveur a été parfait aussi.

Bonnes pizzas et personnel sympathique. Le gros plus étant de pouvoir choisir chaque pizza en mode sans gluten. Si comme moi vous avez dans votre entourage des personnes sensibles voir cœliaques, c'est une super adresse !
