The one and only Pastis and anisette factory in Marseille, Cristal Limiñana has its own store and can be visited.
Cristal Liminana is one of the last Marseilles Pastis factories. Managed by the founder's granddaughter, a visit will allow you to discover the adventure of this 100% local brand. Two million bottles a year are sold. We recommend the guided tour, of course, and advise you to taste one of the house specialities: the Pastis Un Marseillais, Cristal Anisette, liqueurs, and a local vodka as well. Congratulations to Maristella for the management of the company, a true Marseille heritage.

Avoir participé à une visite guidée de l’usine Cristal Liminana a été un moment important et spécial ; c’était agréable de mettre un visage sur ceux qui, chaque jour, œuvrent à perpétuer les recettes traditionnelles de cette ville.
Je recommande vivement de faire un tour à la boutique du boulevard Jean d’Arc pour découvrir tous leurs produits — il est rare de trouver une marque d’une telle qualité.
