Opened in September 2018, this bistro is a former bar-troquet tastefully rehabilitated, the historic counter preserved. The team is young and the atmosphere relaxed. A beautiful spirit in the kitchen, with aesthetically pleasing plates composed of qualitative, seasonal products combined and cooked with savoir-faire. On this particular day, for example, the menu featured caponata, capers, eggplants, fresh tomatoes, olive powder and pickles. And for dessert: choco-noisette cookie, stracciatella ice cream and praline. To accompany your drink, delicious homemade crunchy panisses.

Cuisine parfaite, accueil au top. Mon seul regret est de ne pas avoir pris de photos pour illustrer l'avis.????
Ce petit restaurant s'inscrit bien dans l'ambiance du boulevard Chave. Du sain sans chichis, un service rapide sans être expédié.
La carte est variée sans qu'il y ait trop de plats, ce qui est plutôt bon signe????. Aucun doute sur la fraîcheur des produits, et le prix reste très cohérent pour la qualité.
On reviendra très très vite.
