It's been a few years now since Georges made a name for himself in Marseille's crowded bistro scene. Right in the heart of boulevard Chave, in the lively Camas district, young people from the neighborhood rub shoulders with parents on the go, or with a crowd of regulars who come here to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink. At lunchtime, people sit down to lunch and taste the excellent dishes on the slate. Four or five dishes change regularly, but the emblematic Caesar salad remains a must, Georges!
