The menu has something for all, I had the croquettes (beef cheek) and the tangine chicken, portions were generous but I decided I wanted another tapas dish so I ordered the panisse, everything was so good, I cannot tell you how good it all was. I had the fiadone to finish, with an espresso coffee.
If you're visiting Marseille, this place is real, genuine, a warm welcome, it is everything a traveller wants. I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant.
Thank you Cote rue and Sandy for a wonderful time, if I'm ever I'm Marseille again? I'll be sure to visit!

I read ‘bouillabaisse’ is a dish that you must try in Marseille. Cote Rue makes this fish soup with three different types of fish (I forget the names…they were in French) and it comes with bread in cute brown bag and some mustard butter. I’m not really a fish-soup-type-person but I really enjoyed this!!! The dish had a distinctive fishy aroma, but the combination of mustard butter and bread mellowed down the intensity.
Cote Rue was a bit on the expensive side but the cuisine is made with a lot of care and the presentation of the food is impressive.
On google the restaurant opens at 18:30 but they only take bookings from 19:00. The service is really quick. Sometimes a little too quick. I would call and make a booking in advance.

La carte change avec les saisons mais toujours de délicieuses et originales recettes. On ne sait que choisir tellement tout fait envie !
Les portions sont extrêmement généreuses et le rapport qualité prix excellent.
Le service est extrêmement sympathique, que ce soit le midi ou le soir, bref que demander de plus ?? Peut-être un éclairage un peu moins tamisé dans la salle, lorsqu'il fait trop froid pour manger dehors le midi même par grand soleil.
Merci à toute l'équipe en tout cas et à très vite.
La cuisine est fraîche. Sélection de vins et bières bio mais à des prix trop élevés pour ce type de restaurants, c'est dommage...
