A nice new address in the great Canteen of the Terraces du Port: a Pasta Bar and Mozzarella! The products come from all regions of Italy: traditional parmigiano of the Emilie-Romagna region, Pecorino Romano of the region of Lazio, Bresaola Valtellina IGP de Lombardie, gorgonzola (AOP), mortadella Bologna (IGP)… You choose your fresh pasta, your sauce from the declination: Pesto genovese, Roman carbonara, bolognaise, Neapolitan, gorgonzola, arrabbiata… Also, the Mozzarella Bar with a wide variety of the famous Italian cheese: Di Bufala Campana (AOP), Treccia AOP, Burrata, Affumicata (AOP): 125 g with rockets and seasoned seasoning to sublimate artisanal charcuteries and/or hazelnuts of Piedmont, tunes and other chips of Parmigiano, candied artichokes and olives of Pules! Les portions sont relativement suffisantes et offrent un choix varié de pâtes.
Néanmoins, les prix peuvent sembler élevés, du moins selon mon expérience personnelle.
La prise de commande a été rapide et accompagnée de conseils judicieux sur les choix de pâtes.
L'option de personnalisation de l'assaisonnement avec le sel et le poivre à part est appréciable, tout comme la rapidité du service, avec moins de cinq minutes d'attente pour recevoir son plat.
La présentation en forme de 'fleur' ajoute une touche esthétique à l'assiette.
L'ambiance générale est moyenne en raison du bruit constant de l'endroit où se trouve le restaurant.
Un grand choix, des produits faits maison et en plus c’est délicieux.
J’ai pris les pâtes rigatoni au poulet curry et c’était un délice !
Les pâtes sont servies dans une boîte en carton étrange en apparence mais qui s’avère très pratique, car une fois ouverte c’est vraiment plus facile pour manger que les boxs traditionnelles.
Une bien belle découverte, je recommande vivement !
Ik bestelde hier 2 pasta’s. In de ene zat er een haartje. Ik ben dit vriendelijk gaan zeggen, ze bekeken me alsof ik dit er zelf in gedaan heb.
Ik kreeg een nieuwe waar ook een haartje in zat. Toen we dit voor de tweede keer zijn gaan melden en ons geld terug vroeger, waren ze alles behalve vriendelijk en 0 begrip.
