Train with two circuits, the one towards the district of the basket and Joliette, and the one towards the ascent of Notre-Dame.

From the quay of the port, two circuits to discover! The first one, the circuit of the Old Marseille, in direction of the district of the Panier and of the Joliette with its redeveloped Docks and of course the Mucem. Total duration of the round trip 1h45. The second one, the Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde circuit, proposes the ascent of Notre-Dame (162 m!) by the Corniche. It lasts 1h15. In summer, the Little Train of Marseille offers you a third circuit, on the islands of Frioul.

Opening time and information on TOURIST TRAIN OF MARSEILLE

Open all year round. For the Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde circuit in high and mid-season: departure every 20 minutes (depending on ridership and weather conditions). Low season: every 40 minutes. From 10am to 12pm and from 1.40pm to 6.20pm. Vieux Marseille-Terrasses du Port: departures every 30 minutes or every 45 minutes in low season. Adults: €10. Children (aged 3 to 11): €5. Group (20 people): €9 (adult; €4 child). Guided tour.

Un classique pour découvrir une ville. Le petit train de Marseille est vraiment appréciable si vous souhaitez visiter La Bonne Mère sans vous éreinter dans la colline !

Petit train très sympa qui permet de découvrir la ville sans se fatiguer (et d'éviter la montée pour Notre-Dame de la Garde).
Attention, ne le prenez surtout pas un jour de grand mistral.

J'ai fait le circuit Notre Dame de la Garde et c'était sublime ! Le petit train s'est arrêté afin que l'on visite la basilique. Les commentaires sont très intéressants, c'est un incontournable si vous souhaitez en apprendre plus sur la ville.
