In this urban guesthouse reigns a design and deliciously vintage spirit. A magical place!
When you enter this building with its unmistakable blue-tiled facade, you are entering a piece of history. Legend has it that a musician by the name of Juan Sebastian Ortega took refuge here with his sweetheart to preserve their forbidden love, far from Buenos Aires. Over time, the place became a meeting place for musicians and artists. In this vein, the place keeps a design and deliciously vintage spirit. The rooms are all tastefully decorated, colorful and lively. One of them offers a lovely terrace. A magical place.

My friend and I stayed three nights in Casa Ortega and the experience was AMAZING!!! Caroline is the best host and always offer great assistance to her guests. We always started the day with the lovely breakfast of the house, travelled with sightseeing idea inspired by Caroline and took good rest with the comfy mattress. And the place was just next to the Marseille St. Charles train station so you could travel to different cities nearby by train easily. Our Marseille stay would not be that perfect if without Casa Ortega! We love everything in the house and definitely would choose Casa Ortega for our next visit in Marseille. Highly recommend to everyone looking for a nice trip in Marseille! Thank you so much Caroline, wish you and ToTo all the best! Merci beaucoup!
