Perfectly located in a unique historical setting, many rooms have been refurbished while keeping the authentic atmosphere of these places steeped in history. We are here in the former warehouse of Louis XIV's galleys. Hybrid space mixing bookshop, shop and gastronomic restaurant, you will appreciate the fine and traditional cuisine of the Chef Eric Cornilleau. A menu that is different every quarter but certainly anchored in the Provençal tradition: Marseilles feet and packages, bouillabaisse or bourride (to be ordered the day before), cuttlefish poélon à la Sétoise...
